Spinach King started in 2011 with only R 40, a neighbour’s kitchen, bunches of spinach from the community garden Lufefe Volunteered . From 4 loaves a day to now 2 braches , one in Khayelitsha where Low Gi baking take place and store and Pinelands central production factory for Gluten Free Baking.
